Amy Dalrymple Boles has over 10 years of CrossFit experience, and has worked with all ages ranging from 5-92. She has her CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, along with many specialty certifications. Her keen eye for movement alignment and adapting workouts to your needs ensure a supportive environment every step of your journey.
Missy Gaston is a retired teacher and now CrossFit coach with her CrossFit Level 1 certification. She has been participating in CrossFit for over 9 years and encourages everyone to attain a broader scope of functional movement.
