In this workshop, you’ll be shown how to set up a Gmail account and you’ll learn how to send mail, read and forward emails, receive and read mail and attach a document to an email. You’ll also learn how to attach a document to an email and download and read a document that has been sent to you. This introductory course covers the basic information to safely use medical herbs for better health. You will:
Identify herb categories/uses;
- Define differences between medicinal herbs/homeopathy/essential oils/flower remedies;
- Develop six materia medica of herbs - identifying category, actions, biochemical constituents, delivery method and dosing;
- Learn how to make medicinal tea, extract, capsules; and
- Receive reliable sources for education and acquisition of medicinal herbs.

This course is designed as a hands-on, conversation oriented Spanish enrichment class with emphasis on conversational Spanish, learning basic and common phrases used in travel situations such as registering at a hotel, asking directions, ordering food at restaurants, bartering for souvenirs, useful phrases at airports/train stations/taking buses and taxi conversations. The course will cover grammar, vocabulary and most used verbs in Spanish. A great option for folks preparing for a trip to a Spanish speaking country or people wanting to connect with Spanish speaking neighbors or customers! Book is included in the fee.
