Perfect for those just starting or returning to exercise, and for those athletes looking to fine tune their alignment, joint range of motion, and muscle activation to improve their performance, increase their body awareness, and rehab injuries or prehab injury prone areas.
Recommended props: yoga mat, chair (flat seat, back around waist height), yoga blocks (or phone books etc. of similar height), strap/theraband/rope, towel.
Wendy is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Level 3 Certified Essentrics instructor, and has held National Board Certifications in Massage and Teaching. She has a lifelong interest in movement, fitness and health. She strongly believes in helping others find the tools needed to transform their fitness, health and resiliency.
