Mixed Levels Hatha Yoga uses traditional poses and conscious breathing to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and focus. Modifications are given to allow students to adapt their practice according to their personal needs. Come feel the benefits of a regular yoga practice in an inclusive and judgment-free environment. Hannah Horecka was trained in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga at ShivaShakti School of Yoga in Camden, Maine. She has been practicing yoga for over 14 years and owns Quiet Strength Yoga Studio in Ellsworth. Her teachings are focused on proper alignment and body mechanics to heal and strengthen every body.
